CSA Chronicles (Year End Update)

We just finished up our first full year of the Need More Acres Farm Store CSA, which provided us with meat, produce, dairy products, soups, salad dressings, canned goods, bulk food items, and bread from local farmers, bakers, restaurateurs, and other folks (most of them are vendors at Community Farmers Market). 

It was a fun and tasty learning experience for our family. I'll keep the words to a minimum here because we documented the whole year with weekly pictures (nearly 300 of them) and recipes of our favorite meals on the CSA Chronicles page. But I would again like to thank Nathan & Michelle for feeding us, educating us, and opening up their home & farm whenever we wanted to stop by. They are doing good things, and I'm sure they're just getting started. We'll continue to tag along on their journey.
